We worked with Radon Associated to install a radon system into our home. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Mike and his team were amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They started off with the basics to make sure that our radon test came back safe verses upselling all this stuff right off the bat. I would highly suggest this company. We are so happy with our results!!

Michelle arrived within the allotted time and presented me with options for reducing radon levels in our house. When she was uncertain about potential obstacles, she reached out to the installer, sending photos and following up with a phone conversations.

Mike took the time to assess different location options for the system, and recommended the best option for us and our house (despite it being in a less accessible area for him to work on). The whole process has been so easy. I scheduled online, paid online and was able to reschedule online as well when the sellers timeline changed. I received an email confirmation that the Radon test canister was placed in the home we were buying and then received a date and time it would be picked up. There were lots of appointments to choose from, everything was just so easy.

As first time consumers of radon mitigation services, we weren't sure what to expect. We talked to a couple of other businesses and they quoted us a price over the phone, but they didn't seem to understand or care to understand our home layout, our obstructions that might block pipe installation, or talk about different options. We got a consultation from Radon Associates before work began and we were comfortable that we would receive the quoted results. The work itself was done well (we're no experts, but seems good to us!) and the installer had enough experience to recommend an approach to overcome an unexpected obstacle in our installation. Price was good compared to competitors. Am happy with Radon Associates and would recommend them!
